• Kindly RSVP by June 1st, 2022.

• The theme of the event is Red Carpet, so black tie attire is preferable
  but cocktail will be acceptable.
  Let’s party in style!

• We have reserved a block of rooms for the night of July 2nd, 2022 in the Signia by ​Hilton in downtown San Jose at a discounted rate of $199 instead of the usual public rate of $300 or more. Discounted prices are locked until June 9th, 2022 and can be booked by clicking this link
  or by using Group Code WGC.
  We encourage everyone to stay the night in San Jose after our wedding. If cost is an issue for you, let us know and we can help.

• There are several parking lots in the area. Please see the map.

• For guests with children under 15,
  we will provide a babysitter
  and children’s meal.  

• There is no registry.
  In lieu of gifts, you may donate to: https://unitedhelpukraine.org/donate. Cards are welcome.

• The event will be mostly hosted indoors except the cocktail hour.

• There is an antique organ in the
  halls of the Theatre that has
  historic meaning and an incredible monetary value. Absolutely no touching. Please. Pretty please. 

• Please don’t take pictures
  during the ceremony.We hired an amazing professional photographer who needs to focus without additional distractions. During the reception pictures are encouraged.We will be happy if you upload your pictures into our password-protected gallery located on this website.

• There will be no traditional send off. We want to be present and enjoy our special day to the very end.
